Sid is from Cote d’Ivoire, West Africa and grew up in New York City. He made his way out west when he met his wife. They have been working toward his dream of having a restaurant/food truck since that time. After chasing around the country for 5 years or so they settled in Medford, OR. They found their landing spot and went to work bringing the ideas to life.
Sid’s Smoke N Grill came into existence August of 2020. We knew what was most important to us was to serve fresh quality food. Through the years we have discovered that the food we put in our bodies had a huge influence on how we feel. Our philosophy is that we don’t want to feed other people anything we won’t feed ourselves. That is why Sid makes all his food from fresh ingredients. In the end his amazing flavors carry the day because bitch, Sid is the secret ingredient
We are building Sid’s from the ground up so over the next couple years we will be expanding what we do. We are big in building community so our goal is to not only to succeed as a business but to help bring others with us along the way. Working with the local purveyors and other food creators as much as possible. Our goal is to build into the place to be in the Medford area for great food and fun.
